Dr. Angela Gooden is a powerful yet graceful force in the Kingdom of God. Known for her loving; discerning, caring demeanor; passion for people and intense love for family, God’s authority, order, the Kingdom mandate.

Dr. Angela Gooden is the Pastor of Center Peace Ministries, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. Gooden obtained her ministry education, training from Ever Increasing Word Training Institute, Spirit and Truth Institute, The Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology of Virginia Union University earning certificate, bachelor, master and doctoral degrees in Ministry, Bible and Theology.

Over the last twenty years, Dr. Gooden has served, and currently serves in both private, state public service, legal, health, education fields.
She leads a congregation of faithful disciples of Christ, Center Peace Ministries; is the founder, chancellor of CPM Bible College and founder of Kadash Network Ministries, Baton Rouge, LA. For the last fifteen years, she has hosted a radio ministry program Monday-Friday, “The Totally Committed to Peace Radio Ministry Broadcast”.

Called to ministry over fifteen years ago, Pastor Gooden began walking in her calling as a powerful intercessor, preacher and teacher. Pastor Gooden forged an in home Bible Study and dedicated early ministry to leading women to wholeness through prayer, personal development, and spiritual direction. God enlarged the territory and extended Dr. Gooden’s sphere to education, leadership, discipleship, mentoring, personal development, Bible education for men, women, children through varied teaching and training programs.

Pastor Gooden, simply stated, has a heart for people “Jen-Li” (loving God and loving God’s people) and truly stands on the 1 Corinthians 13 love equation. Her ministry mission is souls saved through the Word of God; to encourage people to see, fulfill God’s purpose, plan for their lives; to encourage His sons, daughters to fulfill the destiny God has called them to and to build, educate, train, uplift, encourage, disciples who advance the Kingdom of God.
